(The other is chocolate-marshmallow-graham, BTW.)
I. Love. Peanut butter. Add chocolate? Pure heaven.
Unfortunately, at almost 300 calories, I didn’t have a “live” model on hand, so I did find an image online. Also unfortunately, I sketched and am blogging in a hurry, as I have spent most of my evening hiding in the dark. Because of two dogs and three cats, handing out candy just doesn’t work for us.
It would be advantageous for you to see an actual package, but its not too shabby. I’m happier with it than yesterday’s. The lettering is still uneven, but less so than the Zagnut. The shading to indicate package dimension and shininess is also more successful than yesterday. As a matter of fact, the white in the bottom corner shows nicely in the photo, though it’s invisible in person. I thought drawing the candy image – especially the peanut butter center – would be especially difficult, but it wasn’t too bad.
Lettering-wise, I was worried that this would be tougher, but except for the change in bottom on the second “e” to first “s” it came out better than expected. Because it is so narrow and was on a darker background that I’d not be able to color around at my current level of “sucks at art,”I did leave. Out the phrase “2 peanut butter cups” that appears in yellow on the lower image.
